Dodecahedron Fun Fragments
Express your creativity and have fun assembling this hand-drawn design. It was inspired by the Zentangle® method of pattern drawing, which uses simple strokes in a mindful way to create small works of art. Enjoy this activity with your kids, too, as you make something beautiful together. A dodecahedron is made up of 12 pentagons. Make as many dodecahedrons as you like to use as tabletop decorations, wall art, tree ornaments, gift containers, etc.
This digital file makes a 3” dodecahedron with 12 different designs, called tangles. The tangles are already colored, but you can certainly add more color.
To make your dodecahedron, all you need is scissors, rubber cement or glue, and a bit of patience. I know you’ll have as much fun making it as I did drawing it.
